Sapien
Market research service that builds synthetic populations from consumer data to simulate reactions to products, prices and campaigns.
What Sapien does
Sapien is an AI market research service from Outrove Inc. It builds what it calls synthetic populations: simulated audiences that the company says are grounded in purchase histories, behavioral data, demographics, surveys and public conversations. A client's own customer data and past research can be added for context.
You put questions to that simulated audience through surveys, qualitative interviews and comparison tests, either across a whole market or a narrower group. Results come back as an interactive report with segment comparisons and recommendations, and you can read the individual simulated responses and ask the same population follow-up questions. The homepage says Sapien's team builds the audience, runs the study and helps interpret the findings, and it promises same-day predictions.
The use cases listed are product concepts and packaging, message and ad creative testing, price and bundle testing, audience segmentation, and market entry or competitor scenarios. Sapien publishes an average accuracy figure of 93.3% across 19 benchmark tests it ran by hiding real outcomes and comparing its predictions against them. HuiaHub has not checked that figure. The terms of service describe outputs as estimates for information only, with no guarantee of outcomes.
There is no public pricing, documentation or self-serve signup on the site; the way in is booking a demo.
